The 1 mile dash is designed for those who may be at the beginning stage. Just to be on the course and around all the people that are getting serious will motivate and inspire you to push through and create a lifestyle of fitness and health. This course runs through Sutton Woods and is excellent for the lighter exercise, strollers and small children. Parking will be on the Polo Fields. We ask that everyone be in the parking lot by 7:00 to ensure an on-time start.
